Provided by YP.comIf I could rate ZERO, that would be accurate. Let me start by saying, I have experience using law firm's and different attorneys, but how this firm handled my 'Non-Disclosure' case was NOT acceptable to me. Fred Marsh originally spoke with me and decided it was something we could move forward with. The meeting was brief (maybe 1 minute?), and then I was passed along to paralegal Kevin Baker. Mr. Baker then proceeded to go over my case file online (cases within the local county) and determined the case was closed so we could move forward. Unbeknownst to me, if any additional cases were present in those 5 years (5 year wait period) the state will object to your petition. I felt this was NOT communicated by Fred Marsh or Kevin Baker. On the formal paper work that is filled out in the office, it states to 'list prior arrests', but does not specify a time length. The fact that ANY case would cause the state to object was NOT communicated to me prior to paying for the legal representation. I know I have been arrested, I'm not trying to hide it. But I WOULD NOT recommend these guys or their firm because I feel they unjustly represented me. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is, you get what you pay for. Even if you give them $1300, you obviously have no guarantee they will do their job correctly, as stated above.
