These paople are LIARS! They took all my money and promised me the urine soaked floors and feces would be cleaned before they gave me the keys. reluctantly I agreed, however when i got the keys and entered the home, I was almost knocked over by the smell. The home made me sick as a dog until I moved out. Even if I would have been able to cook, I couldnt have eaten there. Josh is a jerk but he'll get your money before he really shows it, AND its a FAMILY BUSINESS!!! SO there is no way to get anything resolved. The maintenance people are like monsters from Lord of the Rings, (i woldnt let them around my kids!!!) The house is INFESTED with flies, roaches, and such. i slept 1-3 hours per night during my brief stay. They REFUSED to return my deposit and rent after the first week, clean the home OR EVEN LOOK AT THE PROBLEMS!!! There office is only 2 blocks away. THESES GUYS HAVE BEEN RIPPING OFF FOLKS IN DENTON FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND THEY GET AWAY WITH IT!!! If you trust anything they say its your loss, but I promise these are some of the most evil people on the planet. They say they spend money "fixing" things. It's all a scam, if you rent from them, realize that there "leasing agent" is the owners son and will be the lawyer in court to make sure you never win. Over 20 YEARS OF THIS PEOPLE!!! IF YOU READ THIS AND CAN, take them down!!! Seriousley... look in Morelle Millers eyes before you rent. You will see the devil in that b*tch.
