These people have apparently never seen a car with a bad alternator, and spent a whole day "diagnosing" my car and then went to replace several costly parts that only let it run for a day before completely stalling. My tow truck driver knew it was the alternator within 10 seconds of me explaining what originally was going wrong with my car. Strande's Garage also knew it was the alternator within 10 seconds of my explaining what had originally gone wrong with the car. Strande's also had a diagnostic test that could find it was the alternator without the problem specifically occurring. There is no excuse. It's like they don't know about cars but their job is to work on them. No refund for a complete failure to fix my car (scam). But do expect them to call you every day if you give a negative survey for them that clearly explains why they failed, including calls at 7:00 A.M.

I'd give them no stars if I could. After scheduling an appointment, they didn't even get my vehicle in for 45 minutes after my appointment was schedule and I left an hour and 45 minutes after my time of arrival for an INSPECTION! HORRIBLE. I wish I had gone somewhere else.

They fixed my car when i couldn't and it costed a lot less than any other place in town!
