Called before hours, left message to set up an appointment for my wife. First time for her.

At 3:30 pm I called to see why no one had called me back and the person I talked to ( I think Kristen), said well I am not sure we have checked our messages from over night. WHAT??? at 3:30 you haven't checked to see if someone was in need? Heaven forbid.

Then I asked if they were in business to have new patients or not, and the gal then said well you can either make an appointment with me now or go to another office ( meaning take my business elsewhere).

RIght now, I am not to sure I would tell anyone to go here. Sure doesnt feel right.

I will say Dr. Kim when I saw her first time I liked. The optometrist today was really trying to calm me down when I went to cancel my upcoming appointment.

I have been using this office for approximately 4 years. I have never had any problems with the employees in this office. The are always courteous and professional. I have always recieved great service, if I have a copay, I'm always told in advance, they take a ton of different insurance. The office is always neat and clean. When I screwed up and didn't order quite the right lenses (I wanted the reaction

ones and didn't realize there

were two different kind) they

were so helpful, reordering

the ones I needed in a

heartbeat and even

apologized when it was

really my fault.

I can honestly say I recommend this office to everyone I know.

THE WORST!

THE WORST DR. OFFICE EVER!

If you like being made to feel as though you are not important or a bother, then this is the Optometrist to go to. I have never in my life dealt with such ignorance before. I can not even begin to describe this place of business. First off when we first went to this office the front desk lady was NOT AT ALL friendly. When we met the Dr. She was NOT AT ALL friendly and acted like there was a huge stick up her butt! Then to top all this crap off my husband misplaced his RX so I had to call to have it faxed to me and what a task that was! The girl that answered the phone just did not want to help me and finally reluctantly she agreed to fax it to me. WELL THEN after 3 days of not receiving it I called back and the same girl had the nerve to lie to me and say she faxed it supposedly went through OK. WELL, the fax machine is in my office here right beside me and did I receive it??????????????? NO!!! So then I appoligized for me not receiving it and when I was about to tell her that I would go pick it up in a couple of days JUST SO she wouldn't have to fax it the witch hung up on me!

I hate this office and I will never ever go back and everyone that I ever come in contact with will know just how crappy this office is!
