THIS PLACE BLOWS

I moved in last August, and it has been hell.

They promised remodeling would be done last fall, but it's March and I'm waking up at 7:00 every morning to construction.

They promised security gates, but obviously hasn't made any efforts to do that and my bike was stolen.

I've looked forward to an exercise building, new pool, tennis court, and tanning beds. None of them are here.

Management is useless.

Water is turned off randomly during the day.

Wireless internet wasn't fixed for about five months after they installed it.

There were a couple months when people would come in my apartment to upgrade certain things. I got out of the shower one time to find a strange man working on my cable box.

There was one month where I complained several times about my electricity ONLY WORKING WHEN I TURNED THE AC ON. I finally got their attention and it turned out someone had crossed AC and electricity wires in my apartment. Isn't that a fire hazard?

This place looks like the ghetto. Construction workers everywhere, everyday.

I know this isn't going to stop until my lease is up in July. They are remodeling every apartment complex.

I believe by then I will have gone crazy.

Tried to report them with the police but they're no help.

WORTHLESS APARTMENTS for the price I pay.

I dont even know where to begin. First of all the management is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Andrea and Lisa are nasty women who do not know how to do their job. They are very unorganized. They promise you new appliances, new countertops, hardware floors, new volleyball area, tennis court, work out room, and new pool area- none of which has happened. They offer 100$ gift cards for resigning your lease- also which was not provided. They have NO HOT WATER- so if you like taking cold showers and washing your hands and dishes in cold water- this is the place. The paint is old and is flat- so any time you touch the wall- it leaves a stain. The floor is rotting and the countertop areas in the kitchen and bathroom are a sloppy quit job. There is old and bubbled wallpaper behind the toilet- makes it harder to clean. The walls are thin- we can hear our upstairs neighbors every move- including him using the bathroom and playing his guitar! The worst experience I have ever had- would never recommend them for anything- never saw such horrible management! KEEP LOOKING!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE- THEY TRYING TO SELL A DREAM THAT IS NOT BEING FULFILLED!
