I came in under the debt free for the new year program and i can't believe I got 55% off! They filed me in 10 days and lifted a weight off of me. I really couldn't sleep at night worrying about all of my bills and they just made me feel so much better as soon as I walked in and hired them! They saved my life! I wish I could take that one laywer home with me! ;)

The best! Nitche was willing to accomodate my schedule and meet me way at 7 on a Friday Night! My bankruptcy was quite a process, but I felt like they were there for me every step of the way, and I definitely didn't get that "Fast-Filers" chain-line feeling!

I had sat with other firms and shopped around quite a bit, and glad I ended up sticking with Ward Law & Associates. Nitche, Mary, and Rich all were extremely forthcoming, responsive, and always quick to make me feel appreciated. The cost is high but no more than any other firms in the area. It's a law office....it's never going to be cheap, but you get good value with these guys!

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! These people will try to strong arm you out of your money. To file a chapter 7 case. It cost, $1700.00 dollars. Which they will try to get most of that up front. You will have to commit to writing 3 post dated checks in order to get started. If you decide that the fee is too costly, then you will have to pay a consultation fee of, $225.00 before you leave there. So either way, you will be coming out of pocket before leaving their office. They don't tell you over the phone that there is a consultation fee if you decide not to use their services. So ask lots of questions before you meet with these people.
