Advanced Exteriors replaced my roof and painted my home and got it all covered by my insurance company had sent someone out from another company who said that I had no damage. They worked with my insurance and sure that all work was completed with 100% satisfied.

The people at Advanced Exteriors are great! They gave us a quote, worked with my insurance company for proper payment amounts, GOT A PERMIT, came out and completely re-sheathed the roof with new wood, installed high quality shingles & edging cleaned up, inspected the roof for quality THEN, set a ladder up for the city building inspector to look the job over! Incredible service rarely received from companies in the sector!

I am commercial hotel property owner that had dealt with Alton Bryant who at first came across as an honest quality oriented person but that was far from true. Alton was very nice and worked with our insurance on a large roof project and sold me on some construction needs I had. First off the roof, 3 of the roofs where done well by Francis’ crew and the last roof was done by another crew of Advanced Exteriors’ and it was night and day in quality, cleanup and just over all professionalism. To put it simply, the second crew sucked and I had to get them to fix a number issues though there still are issues that they refused to resolve. They left junk everywhere and trash everywhere. We gave them rooms while they did construction and they where disrespectful to our property. We got complaints from other guest and lost a couple thousand dollars in business. Alton lied and put him self in this situation that he shouldn’t have. I had plenty of local contractors who could have done the construction projects for the same price. I told Alton this and asked him many times are sure you can handle and have done this before. He insisted he could do better and faster. It was obvious he lied. Even the inspector said it was obvious these guys have never done this before or it wouldn’t look so poorly constructed. The crew sat around a lot waiting for Alton and I would say what’s up why are you not working and they would say we have no idea what we are supposed to do or how to do it. Also Kin, the crew’s supervisor, flat out lied to Alton in front of me a couple of times and Alton didn't care. Poor communication all around.The construction was even worse than the roof. Alton’s guys new nothing and caused issues, smoking and leaving there trash everywhere, even more disrespectful to our rooms then the roofers. And once again we received many complaints from other guest and lost business from unhappy guests who were inconvenienced by the smoking (we are a no-smoking property), early and late hours of construction (we continually had to remind the crew no construction noise before 9:00 am or after 5:00 pm). Alton lied about his workers capabilities and there was no communication. Alton’s crew made me repeat myself 3, 4 and even 5 times as they forgot and or actually had no idea what we required. However they where given detailed blueprints, photos and instructions (we had this same gazebo built previously and lost it in a windstorm). They took forever and sat around smoking a lot. The construction crew also installed gutters for us throughout the property. The gutters where done ok, however there are a number of clogged down spots that they never cleaned out. They were also supposed to clean the gutters before they put the gutter guards on and that was never done. Also they were hired to repair our flag stone rock walkway and it is not level or done very well. Be very careful doing business with this company they hire con men to be sales people. In addition all employees are independent contractor so they say they have no responsibility.Long story short if you are a commercial property stay away from ADVANCED EXTERIORS If you are a residential customer I am sure if you get Francis crew it will be great work; Anyone else I would stay away. If I could have given zero star I would have.

I would highly recommend working with this company, especially to anyone who has to deal with an insurance claim! They were exceptionally thorough and answered all of my questions (including the ones I didn't know to ask like the upgrades), were fast and efficient in settling my hail claim, were on time and very efficient on the beautiful roof installation, cleaned up very well and delivered what they promised. I don't know how I could be more pleased with my representative, the company, the installation, the extended warranty, or the exceptional service I was given.
