No show, no call

I called and scheduled an appointment. The guy I talked with was clear in stating that they are a higher end and are not the company if you are looking for a great deal. Then he called prior to when he was to come and provide an estimate and said that he was running late due to weather. He asked if he could reschedule. That was no problem at all. Problem was he never showed and never called. I guess business is too good to install a $5k fence for a lowsy homeowner. Decided to go with Viper Designs for the fence and couldn't be happier.

Do not Use

This company was awful to deal with. Fence was installed days late with no notice from the company. Communication was nonexistent. We were left with no option but to wait for them to come since they had already removed the fence. Once completed the fence had broken and warped boards in multiple places. I will never use this company again.
