I believe this business is permanently closed. They don't return calls. We stopped by the address and there are fountains there, but gates are locked and no one is there during business hours. Phone messaging system is full and cycles through the same message.!

Bought a conventional bird water/bath at the Home Show two years ago. Within a year, just the finches landing on the rim had cracked the surface and revealed the construction as just a sand cookie with a cement skin, which has since flaked off on a third of the bowl. Water seeps through the "concrete" and leaks onto the ground below. No way to seal it.
