Do NOT call this business for technical help!! I did, and I regret doing so.



Not only did the company rep show up late, but he didn't fix any of the problems he was brought in to do. Actually, he was watching TRAINING VIDEOS during the appointment in an attempt to figure stuff out. Then, he left before completing the job, and stood me up the next day when he was supposed to come back and continue his efforts. And then to add insult to injury, he STILL sent a bill to me afterwards expecting payment. What?????



If you need technical support, call ANYPLACE other than this!!!! I would have left a zero star rating for this business, but the system wouldn't let me do so.
