Angelo came out to refinish my hardwood flooring in my kitchen. He did a 1/2 job. He sanded the floor and put a polyurethane coat on it without re-staining the sanded floor. The floor actually looked worse than when he started, you could see uneven color from where he had sanded, but put no stain. He charged $750.00 for a 123 sq ft room and then told me if I wanted the floor completely sanded, re-stained and coated, it would cost another $750.00. I did some checking around and found Dardano's flooring who came out, estimated the same job (completely sanded, re-stained and coated 3x) for $650.00 and did an excellent job. I went back to Angelo and asked for a refund. I offered to pay for his time and material and he agreed to a partial refund of $350.00, which I never received. I ended up paying $1400.00 for a job that would have only cost me $650.00, and Angelo did not care. I would not recommend Epoxy and more to anyone. Please beware.

Angelo made a mess of my colored driveway, caused permanent damage, did not complete the job under the contract and then refused to give back my deposit. He makes excuses, lies and refused to respond to a BBB complaint. Be careful and if he appears to be over his head in completing a job for you, stop him before he makes it worse. I recommend you find someon else who is morre professional and has better experience
