Provided by YP.comWorst Oxygen company in Colorado, If your looking for compassion do not and I repeat DO NOT seek out Apria unless you want your loved one to suffer ! If your loved one has needs like a CO2 retainer (co insides with COPD) they will leave you screwed over! They do not follow doctors orders and say they don't have enough respiratory therapist for your needs. They do not come out when called they are great at billing you but don't ask them to do anything more. I waited a month for them to pick up my mom's equipment after she was put on hospice and went with another company, they waited till after she passed to come out and get their stuff! NOT ONE person from Apria said they were sorry for our loss. They just don't have any compassion for the patients or the families. WORST company EVER !!!!! This is the second time I have had to have them in my home and I got the same treatment when my 2 1/2 year old daughter passed away! Also if you need respiratory therapists for any needs, they do not call you and they do not come out like they say they will they do everything on their time and if your therapist quits or moves they will forget about you or your loved one and you have to call them! If you have them now look into switching to Premier or any other company!

Provided by YP.comI spent 45 minutes today, just trying to find someone I could talk to who would replace the THIRD non-working portable oxygen machine I have had this month! And it turned out they didn't have any more to replace it with! Their customer service is appaling and there's no way to get in touch with them online. Tomorrow, I go elsewhere!

Provided by YP.comScary bad. My first 20 minutes home from major surgery, their rep came to my door to install a new machine. He brought it upstairs to the foot of my bed then explained how I'd need longer tubing to use it from there. I had to move the machine myself to the side of my bed. By that time he had gone to his truck for tubing long enough to wrap around my house! When he saw that I'd moved it to the logical location next to me, he complained that I wouldn't need the extra tubing now! Are you kidding? Even from the foot of my bed, how could I possibly need 50 feet of extending tubes? THEN, with my first real meal in days on the table, he sat down at my dining table, moved all the food aside, and proceeded to tell me stories about his family for so long my father finally walked out and went home. Oh, and all that extending tubing? He didn't leave any connectors, so none of it could be used even if I wanted to. I'm still not sure how to clean the short clear tube I *am* using - the only thing of actual value he told me was to rinse out a sponge in the back of the machine once every two weeks. Is there something lower than 1 star?
