This year a fellow came to work on the sprinklers and it appears (see photos) that many of the sprinklers are not reaching all of the lawn and trees. I also asked him to make sure that all the trees and bushes were watered. Two trees and 3 bushes were missed. Two of the bushes died before I realized that the area was not being watered.
People kept telling me that it was lack of water but I insisted that it must be a fungus because your company had checked the sprinklers 2 years in a row. After having a specialist to my house to see if there was some disease in the lawn, I was told by him that the sprinklers were missing parts of the grass. This has caused some areas to completely die and now the grass needs to be scraped and reseeded.
After the guy set the sprinkler timer to 8 hours per day, 3 days per week I called and asked if that was too much and you said no. Last month I received a water bill for $428 and this month for $403 and a note from the water company that I would be fined for using so much water. When I sent an email to Aqua Corporation I received no response. Not a good way to do business!

Provided by YP.comVERY POOR SERVICE from sprinkler company Aqua Corporation in Denver.
I had a sprinkler leak from a burst pipe which flowed underground down the side of my house, under the foundation wall and through the kitchen window (at ground level). The pipe that cracked was installed by Aqua Corporation in 2000. It's located at the main turn on/shut off assembly outside one of our bedroom windows. Last year a broken valve needed to be replaced underground in the same area. Maybe
Aqua has a quality control issue or they don't use the highest quality materials. This recent broken pipe cost thousands
of dollars of damage to my home. All the kitchen cabinets and countertops were removed and the downstairs carpet needed replacement. Industrial drying machines were deployed and the area around the kitchen and island were tented to facilitate drying. I emailed pictures of the damage to Irv Bruns, the owner, but didn't receive a peep from him. I did however, receive a bill for $280, $200 of which was for labor. The
technician who visited said the pipe shouldn't have burst and also commented that the original installation was subpar, not up to his standards. He said he would take the broken piece back to his boss (Irv) and the owner would contact me. Never heard a word from Irv or any company representative. So, next i faxed a complaint about paying a $200 labor fee for fixing a part that shouldn't have cracked (the technician's words) and this was unacceptable considering the damage. I did pay for the materials but felt paying the labor fee was an insult. The leak occurred on 7/31/13 and my home was finally refurbished on 11/8. My next complaint
will be to the BBB simply to record Aqua's totally dismissive attitude and failure to respond to a customer complaint.
Update: I decided $200 isn't worth the aggravation and negative energy, so wil pay the remaining balance Just understand you are dealing with a company that totally ignored my concerns and complaint. Will they do the same with you ? Even after submitting pictures of the damage
to my home, they remained silent. Not an email, phone call, apology nor expression
of concern. No acknowledgment whatsoever....they just
ignored me and sent a couple of bills.
So, just a heads up...this dismissive attitude comes from the owner. I simply wanted a phone call to discuss the issue like his technician promised.. Most business owners would probably fix the part for free if their product caused extensive damage to your home, even if the warranty passed. Not Irv...Never heard from him. He didn't care. Good chance he won't care about you either.

I contacted Aqua Corp in June to fix a valve. They charged me 2x the amount of labor they quoted. They said it would be 3 hours at $85.00 an hour. When I received the bill, I was actually billed for 6 hours. I called and they said each man is 85.00 an hour. A little dishonest in my opinion!

I've used Aqua Corp for over 20 years, several houses. They work on very old sprinkler systems in established Denver neighborhoods. They find the parts they need and do more extensive repairs as well as simple turn on/off. I highly recommend them, especially if you have an older system. They have stable employment and often send the same workers to your house to save time.

I had already contracted to Aqua Corp. when I lost their phone number & looked it up on Dex. To my amazement DexKnows reviews were hanging these guys out to dry, and I was quite upset, after the BBB rated them A+, also Martino TV had a great seqment on them. They arrived on time with a 3-man crew, kept me up to date on their progress all threw the job. We had bad weather and some of the job was in the basement. They updated a 30 year old system w/ 17 zones in 2.5 days. When they left, the yard and house were cleaner then before. When finished I have 18 zones and much better coverage over the entire system. I hope this will make the water company happier next year.

These guys are liars and cheaters. They were very rude and filed a lien on my house even though they never did any work. NEVER EVER USE THEM!!!You've been warned

We had aqua come to move some valves for us and it was a full days job for 2 people and they only sent one man out. For being expensive and only to send one person out was very unfair. It cost me more money cause it took the man 2 days to do by his self. If there was two men then it would have only taken them one day. To dig 300 feet by hand and through tree roots was a very tough and hard job. They quoted me one price for 2 men and then charged double the price because there was only one man for two days. I had to pay by the hour. I do not recommend aqua for anyone.
