Mr Lindquist agreed to do my Chapter 7 provided there has no hiccups for $2500. He was embarrassed by the trustee in the courtroom. I ended up calling the trustee twice myself asking what the rules are and asked him how I could save my truck because my attorney seemed incompetent. I was able to save my truck by providing the proper documents. I've paid Lindquist over $3000 and he still bills my for $4000 more. I make payments but he charges interest and I lower my principle by $6/mo. I've been in private business for 16y years and have never had a more frustrating experience than work with Mr. Lindquist.
