CROOKS...Be careful. UNAUTHORIZED WITHDRAWALS FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. They will tell you that you qualify for a less expensive price if you purchase a monthly membership with them. If you ever try to cancel this membership they will continue to charge your account after you follow the cancellation instructions they give you. Bottom line: YOU WILL PAY FOR SERVICES YOU DON'T RECEIVE for a long long time. Plan on making several trips and phone calls to their corporate offices before the monthly withdrawals from your bank account stop. The employees in their stores will give you different cancellation instructions than their corporate offices will. Their corporate offices will not honor what their store employees tell you and they will accuse you of not reading your contract and not taking responsibility for your own actions while they continue to charge your bank account each month.

Beware - I read the other reviews and knew I shouldnt but it is close to my gym - now I loathe the day I walked in. Silly me - I signed up for membership. My cc expired so I stopped in to give them new card number before dues came out. They were having computer problems (again) and couldnt take the info. I was headed out of town and said I would take care of when I get back. No Problem, they would note my file. Week later I pick up my mail - a friggin collection notice. WTF plus $25 collection fee and $15 late fee. I tried calling the collection people 3 times - was on hold for ove 20 mintues before hanging up. Im going in paying cash for whatever I have to and cancel my membership. That will be the LAST time I step foot in place.



Everyone of the people there - especially the guys - are RUDE and treat you like your bothering them - sorry I interrupted your personal cell phone call, Dude.



It takes forever to check in and the computers are always messed up - and they do not clean the beds right away - only when somone comes in - ewww - how long was it sitting sweated up?



If you read Yelp reviews before you visit a place - listen to the reviews - Stay away from this place - spend your tanning dollars anywhere but here.

Expensive. Steal from you. Can't cancel unless you move and that cost an extra 75. Rude. Connartist.

The people are friendly and the I use the spray and the beds. I try and go as often as I can. The prices are affordable. They stay up late too.

Every time I come in everyone is so welcoming and nice. Makes me feel at home

really like At The Beach. I saw a negative tv segment on the business and as a tanner it peaked my curiosity. I had heard they have very good beds but to beware because they lie. I went to the store on Broadway. The girl showed me around the store and was extremely nice. She explained all the beds to me. I never knew the difference in beds but she was very knowledgeable and explained it all to me. I did a one time tan in their best bed. I got the best color I've gotten from a bed and I went back the next day and became a member. I did a 1 year package. Nobody lied to me like the news story said. I am very well aware what I became a member on. The pricing and the beds are the best in town and I like to tan so it worked out great for me. I don't understand why people hate this place so much. It's been busy every time I've gone to tan. They must not be all bad to have so much business and have as many stores as they have. I like this place and am glad I became a member.

Rating of an F!!! by the Better Business Bureau! They will do anything to get you into a contract!!! They do not have the products they say they use!!!

I went in here to get some color for my vacation. I want in and the place was very clean. The associates were very friendly and greated me right away. The genelman did give me a tour of the place was seem very knowledgeable of every thing. This tour seem to be scriptive. I did get a package but what they did not tell you is that on your fist time, do not do the full alliocated time. I did the lowest bed for the full 20 min. The associate said ok here you go. Next thing I know, i get home and I am slowy turning into a lobster. I expected the assocaite to at least recoment not to do the full 20 min., but did not even flinch. I will continure to do this place but becarful of the little stuff like this.

The woman who helped me my first time didn't give me very much information. She seemed to be pretty confused the whole time. She didn't mention that even though I was doing a month that I would continue to be charged until I cancelled my account. Because of that I only went a month, didn't go a second month, only to return two months later to find out I had been being charged that entire time. She had imput someone else's credit card information so the payments weren't going through to my account and I got charged a number of late fees. I then had to call the billing number and was treated extremely rudely by the woman on the phone, basically telling me that it was my own fault for all of that stuff.

I have had a great experience at the location off 104th and Federal. I wasn't pressured into buying anything. The salesman, Ben, did a great job of tell me what they offered, how much different packages cost, and also that if I decide I don't want my package any more I can pretty much sell it someone else and they take on the payments. They also have a "hold policy" to where if I'm not going to tan for a little while I can put my membership on hold.



The last time that I went in the girl at the counter asked how long I would like to go in for, and she told me to stay at the same length of time as before as long as I am still seeing pink after the tan.

Most people are smart enough to know that if you haven't tanned in acouple of months, or ever for that matter, that you always start out slow and work your way up. If you go for the full amount of time the first time, ya kind of let your self get burnt.
