"Certified inspector" Michael Turpen "NACHI ID #13122404" inspected my home for sale today and managed to leave my fence gate wide open and unlatched which allowed my 2 dogs to escape and run away freely through my neighborhood. Thank God I looked out the window and saw them and was able to chase them both down after 20 minutes. They could have been hit by cars or stolen. My property was also left unsecured and could have been robbed. I am extremely angry off. I called to complain and all the customer service woman told me was "she would log it in the system," which means nothing. I will be posting this review to every site I can think of. Do not use this company, they will endanger your property, belongings, and pets!
