Barre Central formerly known as Barre in the Park is a locally owned, private barre studio in the heart of Stapleton/Denver. All of our instructors are barre certified by Definitive Barre Fitness and have completed intensive one-on-one and group training sessions focused on form, movement, stretching, anatomy and pre and post natal modifications.
