Bea's staff rude and judgemental

I made an appointment with Bea's to find a dress for my wedding that was only 4 months away. I had a designer in mind, who's dresses I knew Bea's carried, but I knew I might be too late to order a custom gown. However, I at least expected the salon to try to work with me. Bea's was TERRIBLE, I have never felt so worthless. My mother lives in Montana and my friends live in Texas because I just moved to this area, plus my fiancee and I were still in the process of picking out a ring, so I went to the store alone and didn't have a ring on my finger and I was wearing jeans because I had just finished riding my horses. I am pretty darned sure that the entire staff assumed I was just there to try on dresses for fun and wasn't really getting married. They wouldn't let me try on any dresses from the designer I liked, and they told me it was too late to even call the designer and see about getting a dress on rush. They only let me try on 'cheap' dresses that were on clearance, none of which fit the description of what I was looking for in a dress. Then they tried to convince me that those dresses were 'what I really wanted' and my ideas for my dress were 'unrealistic.' I managed to hold in the tears until I left the store, then I called my mom and told her I was no longer excited to get married because I had just been treated like a dumb little kid... I am 25 years old and don't appreciate being humiliated. Well, the good news is this - the joke is on Bea's. I went to Dina's Bridal and ordered my PERFECT gown from my chosen designer on rush order, it came in on time and everything was beautiful. Bea's lost my business (they didn't know it when I came in, but I had a LARGE budget and Daddy's plastic to pay for my gown... maybe they would have treated me differently if they had thought I would spend thousands of dollars in the store that day). Needless to say, Bea's was very disappointing. Oh and Dina's Bridal across town has about 10 times the selection of gowns in stock for you to try on, plus friendly staff that work hard to please. Don't even bother going to Bea's unless you look rich and want to be told which dress you should buy.
