I've sent several friends to Beta Macs, each time they've come back saying how rude "Chris" is. I'm very sorry but cannot recommend anyone waste time there.

Purchased an iBook last month and its kernel panicking already. Im like 2 days from the 30 day warranty and they wont swap the laptop out. After checking online i notice i overpaid by 50 bux. They never return emails or calls very frustrating, wish i would have read the reviews here before i visited their store. Oh well i guess sometimes you learn the hard way.

Very expensive used junk in bad shape. Needed a ram module for an older ibook and they wanted 49 dollars for a 5 dollar ram chip. Took them 20 minutes just to find it and was mad when i didnt want to pay such a high price. Couldnt believe how rude they were. NOT THE CHEAPEST, NOT THE BEST, NEVER GO AGAIN!!!

went in for a power supply for an imac and was sold a used refurbished piece of junk at full retail cost. They didnt want to refund my money so i had to dispute it with paypal. The owner chris is very rude and sarcastic. will never go back and never recommend to anyone

I've checked all the shops in Denver, and this place is by far the cheapest. I will check them out again.
