MY FIANCE AND I MET WITH BONNIE BRAE TRAVEL TO PLAN OUR HONEYMOON. IT WAS PERFECT.

BONNIE BRAE TRAVEL ATTENDED TO EVERY DETAIL AND OUR HONEYMOON WAS BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS.

First of all they got what I wanted from them wrong in the first place. I said I was also using a travel agent on line (in CA), (even gave them the name and number of the travel agent I was using online). Full disclosure. I old them that I already even made a plane seat reservation before calling them, but I hadn't yet paid, and could still cancel the other reservation if Bonnie Brae's price was better. The purpose of my call was only to see if they could beat the price, again, with my full disclosure of the situation. I told them I was probably not going to use their services (if BB couldn't beat the other price). How many people are fair enough to do that? I didn't have to, but out of my own decency I wanted to be fair to them, and pay for their effort. It is huge to me to be fair. After a little while the other employee called me back with completely wrong information and actually yelled at me, saying I already had a reservation on an airline!!! My husband could hear her screaming at me from across the room (she yelled because I already had a reservation, which is exactly what I told them to start with, and why I 'd told them I'd pay for their Time). The yelling was not only loud and angry, but also completely wrong with no uptake. . (I am a 55 year old, and am not used to being treated like a bad child). In order to get to speak at all I had to talk over her. I was Shocked! Then, I was charged $170 dollars on my credit card!!!! Which I cannot recover. I have talked with them and written letters asking for them to please be reasonable and to meet me part way. I could understand $25 or even $50 for checking the trip price that I didn't end up buying. I had been a customer at least twice before with no problems, but something seems waaaaay out of kilter. It was a horrible experience that I in no way deserved. They are unwilling to refund any of my money. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere so you don't get ripped off and lose faith in humanity. Really
