was an installer for carpet mill out of fort collins, i did work for a month or so till i moved to CO springs when i told the carpet mill i was moving they were very mad. They refuse to pay me my 1500 dollars, first it was because of quality of work witch they have no proof off. after waiting 1 month i started getting impatient so i started calling i got in touch with tim huffer he has been very rude says he's not gonna pay me now because of the hassle first because of quality now hassle what is it? I would never recommend anyone going here to buy flooring or as an installer. while i worked with the carpet mill they screwed customers too. One customer bought carpet for their home and the measurement guy over measured, the carpet mill refused to reimburse them very bad business in my book

The salesman under-measured a rectangular room, how hard is that? The general sales manager is a total liar and not the brightest bulb in the box He confessed while rambling on that his sales people "under-measure all the time". They do that so they have the lowest bid and then when there is not enough carpet you are stuck sitting around for hours while they bring the 'extra" carpet. Then when we complained, we were told to "take a hike". Complete scam and fraud under the Colorado Consumer Protection Act. Stay away!! Even their listing on the Secretary of State website is false. Avoid at all costs!! It is a shame that you cannot rate them a "0" star.

I bought carpet from Carpet Mill Outlet in Highlands Ranch. I have to say it was one of the best shoping experiences I have ever had. I had been to other carpet stores such as Lowes and Carpet Exchange that reminded me what it was like to buy a car. The staff at Carpet Mill Outlet treated me with the respect that I feel every customer deserves. They listend to my needs and then found the best carpet for my family and also were able to work within my budget. I would recomend Carepet Mill Outlet to anyone who is looking at buying new flooring. From the time I walked in the door to the time the installers left my house the professionalism was second to none.

We had a terrible experience with Carpet Mill in Highlands Ranch. Very obnoxious sales personnel and managment. Thank goodness Stainmaster stepped in and helped. Go to Weaver Carpets, Carpet Exchange, or any other store that carries Stainmaster but stay away from Carpet Mill.
