Provided by YPmobilethey just approve credit cards to those who have a lot of money in their accounts, no matter they have Social Security Number or not. If you do not have money more than 10 000 in your account, even though you have SSN, they will deny your application of credit card with other reasons.
Such a snobbish Bank!!!
