We offer excellent children's karate programs tailored for kids as young as 4 years old as well as regular classes for older kids, teens, adults and families. We provide professional instruction in the art of karate and promote the history, philosophy, and techniques of traditional Karate-Do.

This is a great karate school!

Colorado Budokan is a great karate school for kids and adults alike. Sensei Tsutsui is a master teacher who at once combines intensity, discipline and humor. The school is family oriented and it's teacher's are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. We love it!

Excellent dojo!

Sensei Tsutsui is an excellent teacher and helps to reinforce the values we try to instill in our children. Our family has thoroughly enjoyed being a part of Colorado Budokan.

Number 1 Karate School in Denver

Excellent professional instruction. Sensei Tsutsui is a consumate teacher with many years of experience. The training is traditional but is in a welcoming, family friendly and fun atmosphere. There are many opportunities for competition at all levels but there is no pressure to compete if it's not your thing. There are many fun activities that bring the dojo community together such as kids sleepovers (a dojo favorite), car washes, potlucks, dances, art & gift shows, silent auctions and film festivals. We love the exceptional training and camraderie.
