Extremely Pleased with this group of people. They were very professional, they were efficient and quick at setting up for the sale and were able to settle with us within an hour of the last person leaving after the sale. We highly recommend Debbe and her crew!!!

Debbe and her associates have done many estate sales for my clients over recent years. All have been thrilled by the professional way Debbe prices and displays their belongings. The most recent seller was shocked at a line of 42 people waiting to get inside They are also thrilled with the check that comes with the end of the sale and a clean house!

I called and left message. She called back about 2 days later and refused to talk to my husband about the estate sale we wanted. He said he'd have me call her and she said no, she would call me back and never did.
Don't tell someone you'll call back and don't.
For this company being in business so long I checked and they are not registered with the BBB. I can imagine they'd have a lot of complaints, very poor business pratice as far as the way we were treated!

Debbie and her crew did an excellent job setting up and executing our estate sale. Even though there was a snow storm two out of 3 days, we had a record sale. And the sale was during the 3 weekdays rather than a weekend. We heartily recommend Debbie and her crew for any one looking for an estate sale liquidation turning treasures into quick cash.

From the moment Debbe walked into my deceased parents' home, she was kind and respectful of our situation, the home and all its' belongings. After being married for 63 years and living in this home for 45 years, Mom and Dad had accumulated LOTS of stuff, which didn't faze Debbe one bit! She and her team worked very hard (for a week!) to set up our sale beautifully and to maximize sales with less than ideal display space to use -- everything looked wonderful and sold well. Debbe and her team are efficient, courteous, friendly, and extremely kind and easy to work with. One special plus is that Debbe will pay you in cash immediately upon the end of the sale if you so choose -- no waiting and wondering for a check to arrive in the mail. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend Debbe and Colorado Estate Sales to anyone going through a similar situation -- you can trust Debbe to do her very best for you!

Debbe and her crew were great to work with. My mother's house was a mess with tons of accumulated stuff. Debbe and crew sorted through everything and did an impressive job displaying all that "stuff" for optimum marketability. And she settled up with me within 24 hours after the sale was finished. I highly recommend her.

Donna and Debbie did a great job at my Mother-in-law's Estate Sale. They maximized the space they had to display quite a number of items. Very little was left at the end, and we maximized the profits for the heirs. Thanks again, Ladies!

As frequent estate sale shoppers for our business, my sister and I were absolutely BLOWN AWAY at how much better Debbe and Donna run thier sales than the majority of other's we attend!!!FAIR practices so that ALL attendee's have the same chance at buying item's!! None of the ordinary bs tollerated by other estate sale companies with these gals that is for sure!!...*NO 'sneaking' past the door attendant ahead of other's who have waited their turn in line.*NO unfair hoarding and holding on to item's keeping them away from other potential buyer's until you decide whether you want them or not!When you come to their sales, you'd better plan on playing by the rules!!!! We had to dispose of 45 years worth of personal belongings and felt completely overwhelmed. We had used Debbe and Donna once before, so we called them again. They did a marvelous job - everything was displayed so attractively. They called in expert appraisers and found rare books where we thought they were $1.00 each yard sale books. They appraised jewelry, SW art, Indian Rugs. They were just excellent. They have a huge list of people that come to all their sales because they know the quality of their work. Bottom line - we got twice as much money as we were hoping for from our sale. They are simply the best!

Debbe, Donna and "the team" were absolutely AMAZING to work with. Everyone was so professional and easy to work with. The outcome of our sale was far better than we could ever have hoped for. The location of our home was a bit of a drive for many people and in a rural area but the turn out was amazing due to to Debbe and Donna's hard advertising work. It also turned out to be the best 3-day open house for the sale of the property as well. This was a very difficult process due to family circumstances and Debbe and Donna were very sensitive to that. By the end of the sale I felt as though Debbe and Donna and the team were part of the family! I would highly recommend Colorado Estate Sales to anyone who is looking for a very hard working, professional group of women who really know what they are doing and will get your "stuff" sold!

Debbe and Donna are excellent to work with. We moved our mother from a large house to an apartment. There was so much stuff and so many collections my siblings and I were overwhelmed. Debbe, Donna and their team did a wonderful job with the estate sale. Their professionalism and communication was outstanding through the whole process. I highly recommend them!

Debbe and Donna were great. We moved my parents from their house in Lakewood to where my sister lives in Houston. Since we live in Arkansas, we really needed someone we could count to help with the possessions my parents didn't take with them. Colorado Estate Sales did every thing they said they would EXACTLY when they said they would. They are friendly, professional, and really know what they are doing!

Debbe and Donna are the greatest. What a wonderful service they provide. I was feeling overwhelmed after my father's death. Did not know where to start. Going through almost 50 years of accumulated possessions was overwhelming. They came in and did a fantastic job. Even found my father's wedding ring that had been missing for 4 years. Can't thank them enough. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is feeling overwhelmed.

As the POA for my grandparents in law I interviewed and then retained the Colorado Estate Sales, to stage and host the estate sale. I thought the family had removed all of the personal effects from the home, but Debbie and Donna's team found personal papers and carefully boxed them for my attention. This step afforded me a great peace of mind that personal information was not in the sale.The set-up of the sale was phenomenal! The home was transformed from chaos to looking like a antique store!The sale process went incredibly smoothly and ended up with a very simple and effective closeout process, where I sat down with Donna and she accounted for all income, sales tax, commission and proceeds.In summary I cannot commend Colorado Estate Sales / Debbie and Donna highly enough. Debbie and Donna for years have had the best and cleanest estate sales. Their pricesare always fair. We look in Weds. paper for the word "PRETTIES" and know it's their saleand we're out the door.
