Very easy to deal with. Made appointment and they even called let me know they were on the way. All on time. Driver was very friendly and helpful. Excellent!!

I do not know how the others were so mishandled, but needless to say, I had better service than the others received. :) Everyone was quite nice and I was able to get my delivery in tonight.

Worst service ever. The girl that works there is the biggest liar I have ever had to deal with. She is rude and hung up on me twice. She cannot do the job she was hired to do to save her life. She messed up our delivery and now they are trying to charge me a redelivery fee. This company is a joke. The funniest part is every site I went to, said the same thing. I think the owner needs to find some new employees and pay more attention to what is going on in their “family owned company”.

Stay away from doing business with these people; I totally agree with the other post on this review - they are the worst shipping/delivery people I have ever dealth with; not only did they falsify making an appointment, but when I called the woman was totally rude and hung up on me. There are plenty of businesses that ship in this area - I recommend picking someone other than Colorado Motor Express

Zero ability to alert customer of delivery needs. Driver beyond rude.

NO ownership of faults, the customer is always wrong...
