Well bought flooring and transitions. Was told transitions would be in on a specific date. My contractor went to pick them up to complete job and was told they didn't arrive as agreed upon andthey would be in 4 days later than agreed upon. I called Greg to see what was going on and had to call company two times before Greg returned my call. Greg told me there was nothing he could to do to b/c that was the date he was given and he has no control over warehouse orders. Expressed my dissatisfaction and inconvenience this caused as I have guest staying w/me for the holiday and my contractor can not complete job until transitions arrive. I am still trying to find out when they will arrive and how company will make this right as I have met my end of the agreement. Will update when resolved.
