The worst people skills on earth. Seething mad with the condesending attitudes of Michael Santana and Todd

Michael S needs to be replaced. Supervisor has a huge ego. I hope the owner reads these reviews. This supervisor treats people like garbage and says he reports to no one and there isn't anyone above him. Needs some serious training in customer service and how to deal with people. Just because you owe money doesn't mean you deserve to be treated like crap. I called in to make payments and was verbally abused and harrassed. What a piece of work.

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT LADY IS TALKING ABOUT... I THINK THESE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE AND EASY TO DEAL WITH. THEY WORKED WITH ME AND HELPED ME WITH EVERY QUESTION I HAD.
