Provided by SuperpagesI work at CCD, across the street (Colfax Ave.) from the Cost Cutters, and I've always gotten very good service from them. I call and set up a time, and they get me taken care of promptly so I can get back to work. I've never had a bad haircut from them, and they're always nice and helpful. No complaints from me!

Provided by SuperpagesCRICKETS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, I HAD TO WAIT 45 MIN TO GET THROUGH TO THEIR 800#, PLUS THE BRANCH LOCATIONS DON'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE, WHAT'S THE POINT OF HAVING A PHONE IF THEY DON'T ANSWER IT. THE $ THEY SAVE YOU DOESN'T EVEN COMENSATE FOR THEIR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I RECOMMEND YOU STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
