Call backs take forever. They will not give you full credit for returns even if the item they recommend does not work for your situation. We did not receive all the items that were ordered and they expected us to pay for them when they came in 3 weeks later and we had already purchase replacements

I had a similar experience with not getting call back or emails on a timely manner. When all was said and done INCORRECTLY I might add, I was spoken to horribly by more than one person. Definitely not a way to keep business and I will not recommend them.

I don't know where the guy who wrote about terrible customer service is coming from. I had the exact opposite experience with Denver Hardware. I was looking for an older hinge. I called and spoke with Alex. He was very helpful, polite, and knowledgable about the product I was looking for. My husband and I ended up driving 50 miles to purchase the hinges. In the store Derek helped us. Again, we got a the very same service we got over the phone. I will DEFINITELY recommend them to every I know.

I live more than 30 mi away from the Denver Hardware showroom and I am a contractor. I was searching for an item for a client of mine and was told that DH had it. I called, left a message, then sent an e-mail to the owners... and nothing. So I called a few more times... and more than one week later still no one returned my calls. Seems like the owner of the company works banker's hours and was always out of the office. When he finally took my call, then he hung up on me. What a way to do business. I will never purchase ANYTHING from your company again.
