I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. Took my laptop there last year when the screen went out right around the time that the AC adapter went bad and the battery wouldn't charge. They told me they'd run diagnostics for $25 and let me know what the issue was, and before I left that day, they said that there were 1 of 2 possibilities. It could either be a bad motherboard, or a simple fix by replacing the cable that goes from the monitor to the motherboard. 2 days later I get a call that it's ready, and they tell me it's the motherboard and will cost about $200 to fix...they also stated that the way the laptop was built, there was NO easy replacement cable available for this model and I'd definitely have to replace the motherboard. I declined, bought my laptop home, and allowed it to collect dust for a year.



Fast forward to this post week when I decided to reboot my laptop using an external monitor after purchasing a replacement AC adapter. Not only did the computer work fine with the new adapter, but I resumed my previous session of windows from the year prior when the screen first went out. How did they run diagnostics if they didn't even turn my computer ON!?!?! I decided to check google to see how many more lies they fed me, and sure enough, a replacement cable for the monitor is available for less than $30.



Avoid this place at all costs, they're a bunch of crooks.
