This place is a gem. Very cozy, safe and quiet. Lived here for years and would never move. The pool is great during the summer and we use the tennis courts all the time. The grounds are very well kept and the garage is a safe place to park, never had one thing stolen.

Whatever you do, keep driving....do not stop at 7255 E. Quincy Ave.,---Eastmoor Condos. You will find stinky, smelling hallways lined with bags of garbage. The stairways smell of gas....your car which you may think is safe in the garage is rummaged through and people help themselves. Maintenance would rather hang a video camera than fix broken doors which is really the problem.....the wiring is all aluminum and they can't get insurance so the sellers can't sell--well, need I say more.....don't think twice about moving into these condos. People are rude, noisy and the building is not safe....a black film covers your furniture and windows and it is most likely from the garage underground which means you will breath this filth.



I could go on but you get the idea by now....if you are smart.....keep looking.,.....
