Very good experiences with the Pro's at Elder

Ive used them for 3 major services on my Acura. I have been really happy and will continue to use them. So far they have exceeded my expectations, the work is done properly at a fair price, usually better that other independent shops and much much better than chain stores and dealers. I have a pet peeve with the chains and dealers in that they nickle and dime you for disposal costs and supplies...just give me an accurate price...Elder quotes you a price and you pay a bill that is usually a bit lower. I have had questions about certain repairs and they give me their opinions and dont tend to recommend other uneeded repairs...case in point a major dealer gave me a price on struts, didnt quote the alignment cost and said I needed Tierod ends...went to Elder quoted me the cost including alignment and siad my tierod ends were in good shape..I refer good friends and family there now.

Customer for life!

I am 20 years old and just got in my 1st EVER accident today. This is my story of how Ramon saved the day- It had been snowing all day which led to my accident; my bumper slid under my car and I thought it would have to be towed (which I so could not afford, seeing as I had been out of a job for about a month). I called my mom to tell her and very promptly I received a phone call from Ramon, he was so kind and asked me what had happened. After I explained and told him my bumper was totally torn off and stuck under my car (so I could not drive it that way) he left his business (temporally) to come rescue me. He drove out to where I had crashed and removed the bumper from under my car and checked to make sure it was safe for me to drive it home so I wouldn't have to tow it. When he arrived he not only gave me a big hug, he worked in the cold AND snow without a jacket and told me to stay warm in the car! He truly saved the day and saved me HUNDREDS of dollars I could not afford. Thank you

Elder Auto - finally an honest independant garage!

I want rave about the excellent service I've received at Elder Auto in the past several months. Ramon and company stand behind their work often repairing it for free if not done right the first time. ######My car had broken down in the Springs recently and I had it towed to another garage where they diagnosed the problem as no compression and debris and coolant in the #4 cylinder indicating catastrophic engine failure with repairs starting at $2000. Since Elder had changed my timing belt several months earlier, Ramon agreed to split the tow with me back to Denver so they could take a look at it. They immediately looked at the car when it arrived and while the belt had slipped due to a worn out tensioner, there was no cylinder damage, they replaced the belt and tensioner for free and even picked up the full tab for the tow for my inconvenience. My car is running perfectly again! Props to Elder Auto for their great prices and outstanding customer service!!
