Provided by YP.comThis is my 4th rental from this enterprise, the guys are always cool and laid back. The only thing is the stupid debt card policy, I have to bring in 2 bills every time I rent... Retarded

Provided by YP.comHorrible service. I got in an accident on Christmas night. I called Enterprise to reserve a truck for the following Monday due to the holiday. I went to pick up the truck and it wasn't there and they were not willing to give me another. Finally got a truck. I ended up having the truck for 71 days because my vehicle was being repaired. The insurance company was paying for the rental all that time. I was told that the insurance company and Enterprise talked and all the details were discussed and taken care of. When I dropped off the rental they showed me an additional bill for $2000.00 for the additional insurance that I had on the truck. No one called me to discuss that I did not need the additional insurance because the insurance company had it covered. Matter of fact Enterprise called me and said everything was taken care of and they had spoken to the insurance company 5 days after I picked up the truck. Very deceptive
business practice and lack of ethics. Horrible service.

I honestly don't know how they do it. Enterprise Car Sales uses a no nonsense approach to selling cars. They give you KBB on your car and sell their cars for approximately KBB. I have no idea how they make a profit, but one thing is for certain they most operate on volume rather than a huge profit per sale. This benefits the buyer but the salesperson must work much harder since they have to sell more cars. I am a frugal shopper. I check and double check every figure when I make a big purchase. I am now on my third car from Enterprise. If they can make a deal with me they can deal with anyone. Don't expect a bunch of games because they have their cars priced as low as they can go, and will give you the max KBB on your car. If you like a bunch of BS games, then go somewhere else. If you want a straight forward, no BS purchase, then go see Enterprise Car Sales. I took the time to write this review because Ronnie and Sean put up with a lot of hassle from me, and so I felt this is the least I can do; let others know this is the only way to buy a used vehicle.
