I have had two very positive experiences with Foothills Glass. One was to replace some glass in a cabinet a few years ago, and I just had another was for the glass in my garage door this past week. All aspects of both were excellent! They were friendly, quick, and reasonable. They had it ready when promised. All good!!!!!

I really wish I read these reviews before using foothills glass. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Interestingly enough, when I called for a quote, they were very responsive, came right out and gave me a price the very same day. I was told it would be a max of 3 weeks for my 3x4 piece of glass and custom frame. That was the last time I heard from them. I called after 3 weeks and was told someone would get back to me with a status. No one ever did. I kept calling every week and was always told something different - mostly that "they had to check with Mark" but I never received a return call. It has now been over 4 months without the glass or a response. I finally called again today and spoke with Sharon who was extremely rude and acted like they didn't care about my business at all. When I asked when I could expect an install she said "would you like me to cancel your order?" WOW! This is the type of business they run.



I've been told the glass was in and the custom frame was built, but she just wants to cancel my order and was so rude to me! So they would rather throw away those materials rather than work with me to schedule an install and resolve this issue? Like I said in the beginning WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Do not use this Company - go elsewhere, pay more if you have to. Don't waste your time - they are unreliable, rude and do not care about your business. I did in fact cancel my order today and will be going with another glass company after waiting 4 months for nothing! Foothills glass is garbage!

It's been more than a three month process to get a shower door installed. I've stopped counting the number of missed appointments--for which my husband or I have come or stayed home from work to be here for, only to have the installer not show. When the door was installed, broken glass was left on the floor, in the shower, and in the shower door track; the frame was not level (to the naked eye); the tracks weren't installed correctly; and the frame was scratched repeatedly. Sharon, the owner, has personally made commitments for the last two no-show appointments, and then not answered the phone when we call to ask why the installer never showed. Look elsewhere--ANYWHERE else--for services.

This is a small, family run glass shop that appeared to be just the kind of community business I'd like to support. I left some table top glass to be cut down (one cut and sanding the edge) and was told it would be ready in 4 days. I wasn't able to get back until 7 days later (during their brief Saturday hours) and found the place unexpectedly closed. Between errands and during their expected business hours that day I checked 2 more times and never found it open. The following Monday I stopped and was told they had been too busy to get to it - but it would be done the next day! I was also told I didn't catch them on Saturday because they are only open a few hours. When I said you never did open Saturday - the owner said - Oh yeah, that's right. I stopped in TWO days later and was told again they were unable to get it done.The owner offered to let me take my glass back if I couldn't wait for them to get to it - which I did. The same take I got the glass cut at another store, while I waited for 10 minutes.

After they replaced my windshield,got in my truck to find the steering wheel covered with graphite. It was raining when I got in the truck and got home. The next day I found whole hand sized windshield adhesive messes on each of my fenders. I called and was told by the women in the office to just take it off with nail polish remover. I told her that would take off the paint. She wasn't sure what he uses, bit didn't offer to have me come in and get it cleaned. Have done a good deal of business with them on the past, but I will not be back.

Absolute worst! They can't do screens any better than glass. Used plastic yet charged for metal. Did not apologize for customer inconvenience to return for partial refund. Screens pulled free of frame but would not stand behind their work. Threw out three excuses although there was no evidence any of it was true. The rude woman in the office, I fear based upon this profile, might be the owner. She has absolutely no clue of how to treat a customer. I would not return there if my life depended on it. Can't imagine how they stay in business!

Do not use this company. Terrible service and they are completely non flexible with appointments. The office actually hung up on me when I started to complain. Do not spend your money here. Too bad you have to give a star to complete this form.

Had them cut me a 26 x 60 inch piece of mirror. Paid 75 bucks for it, and took it all the way home. Went to put it up behind the bar I found they had cut it 28 x 60, so it didn't fit. If they cant tell the difference between 26 and 28 inches on a ruler I darn sure wouldn't let them do my windows.

Stay away from this place, bad customer service. Ordered 8pcs of glass 3 months ago and still do not have it. They do not return calls or call you to let you know when the order is ready or delayed. They do not care about your business. Find another place to go, I wish I would have seen reviews before I gave them my business.

I would never use these people to replace any glass, they are very sloppy and not professional. They ended up messing up the molding on my window to the point where my window would not open, and then they tried telling me that it was going to cost another $85 to come back out to just look at it. WHAT A CROCK! Where is the NO star rating!!!
