everything looks great and the installers did a great job. Especially when the inspector came and got his tape measure out. A few nervous minutes but they convinced him that all was good.

Unbelievably horrible. Ordered a sign in early January. Rep estimated 3 wks to install. 2wks later, I called to inquire on install date. They 'lost' the order, apologized and started over. Then the rep became completely unresponsive. Bewildered and angry, I followed up with the Sales Director in Denver. He apologized, admitted there was no excuse for such behavior, and said he'd personally handle. We proceeded to approve artwork proofs and then he too became totally unresponsive. Bar none - the most UNPROFESSIONAL dealings we've had in a long while.
