I went to get an oil change before work and soon after my car started acting funny. It soon started smoking. Smoke went into the passenger compartment of the car and was flying out of the hood. the car broke down in the middle of the road and died.

I called grease monkey! Not only did they act like they didn’t care they tried to put the blame on my and my car before they even had a chance to look at the car to see the problem. I was very hurt because I had already missed a day of work due to this issue.

to this point I have had the car for years and never ever had a problem until talking the car to this shop.

Not only did they not care. They made me lose a day of work.

THEY ALSO MADE ME PAY FOR THE TOW TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY!!

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!

Brought in for a tire sensor issue- Technician didn't turn off my front 2 seat heaters or heat (although they said they left nothing on, both were on full blast once my car was jumped). Battery now shot- Thanks guys!!
Also- will now have to bring my car to another tire shop to get the sensor reprogrammed (I had to go back in to have them tell me that, since they never mentioned it or that the light would stay on). Overall, terrible customer service/lies that will now cost me a new battery.

Warning! These guys almost ruined my car, refused to take responsibility or even discuss it and were extremely rude. I had my oil changed and later developed a significant oil leak. I went to an independent mechanic who found that the oil plug had been cross threaded and stripped then teflon taped and put back in. He removed the plug by wiggling it with his fingers. I was lucky it didn't just fall out and seize the engine. I went back to grease monkey and spoke with the manager who said"We don't use teflon tape." I asked, if it wasn't the service here then wouldn't they have alerted me to this condition when they did the oil change, not just replace a damaged plug? His non-sensical reply was that oil plugs do not just fall out or that would be happening al over the place, regardless of thread damage. What? He then stated that I must have had my car serviced after they had it or that my mechanic put the tape on there and damaged the threads. Again, what? I had no other service, their sticker was still on the windshield and the mileage well under the next due service. The manager turned his back and walked into the bay closing the door after him.

I want to caution you NOT to use these guys, find one of any other places. They are not honest or civil. Mistakes happen but own up and be reasonable. They are not.
