I think this is a great place to board. Everyone is very nice and helpful. All the horses are of good weight, not one is skinny. The hay is very nice, never moldy. I like the indoor arena for winter time and I feel the price is appropriate. They provide shavings, not like other places, and do not require a coggins test every year. They also have free trailer parking.

Look elsewhere for horse care! Be advised to double check what they are feeding and how much they are feeding. They did NOT feed hay and grain like they said they were doing for my horse. I witnessed the amount many times when I noticed a difference in my horse’s weight. I made sure to visit around feeding time. The husband of Diane, owner, is RUDE to boarders and scares the horses. Watch how the horses act when he is around. The hours to access your horse are limited especially on holidays and Sundays. There are numerous unnecessary rules that you MUST follow. Every move in your horse's direction or contact on their behalf will cost you. The boarders are nickeled and dimed to death. Even in emergency situations, they refuse to help without being compensated, i.e. unexpected Colorado weather so either blanketing or taking the blanket off for that situation only. If you like being at a small place with LOTs of rules and very picky owners...then this is the place for you. They watch your every move and if anything is left out of place...you are in trouble. After checking, many other locals who left here had almost the same issues...do your homework on any potential stable! Another negative is their daughter (wannabe trainer)who is the princess...don't dare get in her way...or she will tell mom. The positives are that they provide excellent horse care and the location is great.
