In all my years of working with various businesses, both local and national, I have never experienced the degree of extreme hostility at a place of business. The behavior I recieved and witnessed was laced with yelling, profanity and unreasonable tactics directed to customers and employees. There is no interest in customer service or reasonable consultation as this behavior came from the top of the company. As a customer I can choose to do business elsewhere but I witnessed the hostility and tactics this owner used on their employees and cannot believe this hasn't been stopped. There was absolutely no excuse for this behavior.

I live in Littleton and theres not alot of steel suppliers down here, I found Hinton a few years ago and was really happy with them. The guys who use to run the place arn't there anymore tho, I dont know what happened here and dont really care because the place has gone way down hill! Now the people working there are eather rude and act like your bothering them, and who needs that!!!! Or they dont know what there talking about. Not only that but the guys in the ware house dont even speak English.....ugh. Do your self a favour dont bother with this place, go to Dencol instead off 58th, prices are waaaaay better and at least they know what there doing!!
