Would Never Recommend to Renters

Leasing an apartment from Cliffdwellers was a terrible experience. Over the two years that I lived in that apartment, not one of the 15 things I noted on my move-in walk through form that needed to be cleaned, fixed or replaced was ever looked at or taken care of by anyone. Tony was extremely rude to me every time I had to interact with him. His assistant Barb is very pleasant to work with, but unfortunately that does not make up for all of the negative experiences I had with Tony and his company. He was extremely unresponsive to my requests, and told me once that he was too busy to answer my emails and I could expect to hear from him when things at the office calmed down... and then he emailed me a response 3 MONTHS later telling me to consult my lease. I responded that my lease stated that I could get landlord approval for my request to be filled. Needless to say I still did not receive a response regarding the issue. I would not recommend anyone looking to rent an apartment to use Cliffdwellers. My apartment was in a great location, but it was not worth the hassle of dealing with Tony and his company. It is poorly run and poorly managed with extremely poor customer service
