Totally and completely unsatisfied. Billed for service call after i asked them to leave feeling they were unqualified to handle water damage. their testing showed very little moister after hardwood soaked and basement ceiling collapsed. Refused my request and our claims adjusters request to drop charges. Paid bill, but please do not bother with this company. Lack of integrity is obvious.
