Tried to have an conversation with Howard himself; will not discuss anything over the phone. POOR

I tried to bring up my situation; and he will only meet face to face "because I might be a "lier" very unprofessional and aggressive. I only wanted to break down the situation so I was not wasting each others time. WOW
