So they have 4 different flavors. There is the green which is apple and cherry they have the gold which is raspberry they have the red which is Bing cherry and they have the black which is BlackBerry. The green and gold are a hundred milligrams of caffeine and the black and red are a hundred and 20 milligrams of caffeine. The green also only has 30 calories per can whereas the other three have 40 calories per can. These hurt good energy drink for those on a diet or watching their weight. My son likes these because they are made with healthy products and I allow him to drink them because the green and gold are not much more caffeine then a Mountain Dew. My favorite is the green and gold apple and cherry and the raspberry. Don't get me wrong though the cherry and blackberry are just as good. I even use these for mixed drinks. They are good to mix with vodka or a clear rum or even Everclear if you are feeling daring. I used these at my son's birthday party and all the kids loved them. They were a big hit and everybody wanted a couple of them. I I passed these out at my son's basketball game and the team definitely loved them. And we won! I would say these are one of the best energy drinks I have had. I love them my wife loves them and my kids love them. I love the fact that they are made with real juice. I definitely recommend this for anybody looking for a good healthy low calorie energy drink. and best of all you can buy them directly on their website and have them shipped to you. Buy a case at a time and have them for a couple weeks. No need to run to the store before work for a drink.
