After several calls and texts, the company refuses to give us a receipt for our tow almost a month ago, which they acknowledge they have record of. As a result, we can't get our $85 tow reimbursed through our insurance because JR Towing will not, after a mixed bag of excuses, release a receipt to us.

Do yourself a favor and use a more professional Towing service.
