As for managers and this very nice lady, this is my favorite place to buy my loto. Let ast month I spent over $1000 on food drink and loto. They would get 5 stats but the line rude,,mean, employee who takes his frustrations out on customers. Tonight I stopped in in between busses to use the bathroom, only to be denied because no public restrooms, when I explained I spend countless dollars in the store he threatened to call the cops. He works mainly graveyard, and before my encounter with him I've heard the negative reviews of him. My shopping here d ok es not stop because of him. I could only hope that this man gets the training no eexed to cope with the everyday customer base the store has. I do know that the manager here is awesome along with the last day who works swings. Always nice polite, and he helpful, Im s it will be fixed and I hope I'm never told to go away again . And I hope this employee knows lifelong customers will help fix problems not walk away my sincerely Brian Hummel the loto guy . PS had to walk two blocks and miss my bus I'm on blood pressure medication that when it's time to go you go poorly treated by only this one employee
