Provided by YP.comKallman represented me when he was first dealing with the incident that he was suspended over...Kallman is an extremely talented presenter...it's been 20 years + since I've spoken to Kallman but I've met his family I distinctly remember even speaking to his father... Kallman may have made a mistake in judgement IDK ??? Do I trust ALL police ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! But in general I DO!!! What the SWEET SWEET SWEET CO "Supreme" Court did to Kallman negatively affected my life...when Kallman was suspended they appointed an absolute imbecile to replace Kallman...this "lawyer" almost got me thrown into prison...the CO "Supreme" Court appointed a lawyer who Jefco Dist Court Judge Ruth Anne Polidory threatened with contempt unless he either hired additional counsel or withdrew from the case after a HUNG JURY TRIAL!!! The state of CO tried to make a martyr out of me and Kallman successfully argued that two of the three FAKE felony charges against me were BS in a motions hearing and they were thrown out...the remaining "felony" charge he didn't b/c it was RIDICULOUS & the others were much more plausible...if I had one wish it was that Kallman could have continued to represent me in my case but the CO Supreme Court in their Grand "Wisdom" saw fit to martyr a man who absolutely only wanted justice... Kallman is an excellent legal mind and all those who attempt to trash him or his reputation are TROLLS at best!!!

Provided by YP.comWhoa - This guy was had been disbarred in the State for bribery!!
His reputation is badly tarnished.
I would NOT use this guy if you want good representation.
Do a google search on him.
Below is some information I found.
CASE NO.: GC98C109
Kallman S. Elinoff is DISBARRED from the practice of law in
the State of Colorado and his name shall be stricken from
the role of attorneys effective October 19, 1999;
Case Number: 03PDJ048.
He was suspended from the practice of law on June 1, 2001, by Order of the Colorado Supreme Court dated April 30, 2001. People v. Elinoff, 22 P.3d 60 (Colo. 2001).
The PDJ and Hearing Board reaffirm their conclusion in the Opinion and
Order dated September 17, 1999 that misconduct constituting a violation of
§18-8-302(1)(a), bribery of a public official, requires a presumptive discipline of
disbarment both under the case law in this state and under the ABA Standards
for Imposing Lawyer Sanctions (”ABA Standards”).

Provided by YP.comAs per my (fortunately) very brief experience with this man, I have to say he is a complete nut job. He continually met my calls with, "I'll call you back in just a second." The call backs never came. He also recommended that I call the opposition and give them a heads up on our plan of action. .My only reason for persisting with him is that he is the only atty I knew of in the state of CO (I live out of state). Based on my experience, I would venture to say that any positive reviews were posted by friends of his. The Bar did a great disservice to the public by reinstating him. Do NOT waste your time or money. THE END.

Provided by YP.comKallman represented me in a small personal injury action as a claimant. I was a prosecuting attorney but did not want to represent myself. Kallman brought the action and resolved it quickly and efficiently. I was aware of the disciplinary action against Kallman. It was the result of him making a bad joke to a police officer. By the time of his hearing everyone agreed he did not intend a bribe, but the disciplinary judge wanted to make an example of him. I personally believe his punishment was excessive. He then spent three years as a soldier in the Israeli Army after returning and getting reinstated from his suspension. I think he is a good attorney and should not be avoided because of his run in with the Supreme Court.

Provided by YP.comKallman was there for me in a criminal case that unfortunately I was guilty. He treated me as if I were his best friend and made me feel more at ease. The price was more than fair and the outcome was only 6 months probation. WOW... AMAZING. Thank you Kallman.

Provided by YP.comI have referred many of my friends to Mr. Elinoff and they all share in my opinion that Elinoff's Attorney services are a great value. He provides expert, professional advice in a compassionate manner. Very efficient. With attorneys, time is money, and he accomplishes an amazing amount of work in a relatively short time frame.
