They are the most unprofessional moving company I have ever used. They damaged numerous items including an antique table from Holland and an antique hand carved chair from Belgium, and will not repair them. It is now three weeks later and they are still "investigating the damage." Not sure what they are investigating since their own driver admitted they damaged the items, and took pictures of the damage himself.



They did not assess my moving needs prior to sending out an inadequate crew on the day of the move. The driver told me that my move required 2 trucks and 5 men. The company sent 1 truck and 3 men. The antique chair was damaged because they did not wrap any of the furniture, and due to the inadequate size of the moving truck, piled the chairs so high that one of them fell down and broke. They banged up my antique table and several other chairs and bookcases because they were not wrapped and they consistently bumped into walls as they carried the items into my office suite.



Then they had the audacity to dun me for some totes and moving supplies that they claim were never returned to them. As if I was going to keep large yellow plastic totes and metal bars.

The bottom line is that they are so disorganized, that they didn't know how many totes were actually delivered to me nor did they know how many they actually retrieved.



This moving company is SCUM. The owner, Brian, is dishonest and lied to my face telling me that he would have a repairman fix the damage in the next day or two, while at the same time demanding payment in full prior to the departure of the moving crew. He had no intention of fixing anything they damaged nor did he accept responsibility for their careless shoddy work. If they were the last moving company in the city, I would NEVER use them. 10/04/13

I strongly suggest you look somewhere else for a moving service. This company is as shady as they come. I hired them to move a safe for me and specifically asked them from the get go if they were licensed and insured. They assured me that my payment would include insurance for any damages to the property. While moving the safe the dolly punched a huge hole in the wall. The movers immediately called their manager, William and he promised that they would either credit me cash or send someone to fix it. They did neither and will take no responsibility for their actions. Not to mention you could get better customer service at San Quentin Federal Penitentiary. These guys are a bunch of con artists folks, don't get involved with them!

Avoid! They contracted to deliver an item that I ordered, but picked a delivery time during which time I had to be at work, gave me no chance to move it, then lied about this (claimed that they had actually scheduled the delivery time with someone - the time was simply left on my voicemail). They then attempted to attach bogus charges for redelivery and storage. I didn't choose Light Speed, but their customer service is awful and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

They dont know how to drive.....last weekend one of thier drivers cut me off and hit my vehicle, also had a foul mouth when I approched him.

He hit my side view mirror and drove off. I pursude and when I approched his vehicle to inform him that he hit my car, he said "I'm F-ing sorry." Then drove off. They should teach this driver how to drive his truck, and maybe inform him of colorado state laws regarding leaving the scene of an accident. No damage was caused to my vehicle, but I feel he should have at least stopped to find out if everything was okay. Also with a bigger truck, maybe he should wait and let the small guy go first instead of trying to force his way through.

Thank you, Light Speed Delivery, for moving and storing our space heaters. The guys were prompt, professional, they took great care with the heaters and reflectors by wrapping and protecting them and the heaters were returned to our patio in perfect condition. I highly recommend this company to everyone!

Please don't use this company! They were hired to pack and store our belongings while our home was being repaired and then move them back. I began unpacking and very quickly realized that our stuff was basically thrown into boxes. My husband collects turtles from around the world. They were displayed on our mantle. I found them in the bottom of a box, not wrapped. Most were broken. They also stuffed my wedding dress in a garbage bag. They lost the hardware to our desk. They lost the wooden stand for our canvas drawers. They also broke a lamp shade, dented and scratched my toaster among many other things. Some of our belongings were placed in the garage. They weren't even packed. The owner told me I was a liar. Said his people wouldn't do any of the things I reported and had me in tears as he left. People that were there to help us unpack and had been moved in the past were shocked at what they saw. If you want your things packed with care and treated with respect this is not the company to hire.

Light Speed Delivery has moved me twice over the course of three years. Each time the movers have been on time and have completed the job in the assigned time. The price came in the same as my quote. I had three other moving companies bid on the project and Light Speed came in the most competitive. If you luck out with either Brian (the owner) or D on your move you can go buy a lottery ticket. You just hit the jackpot....both guys are great to work with. I also use Light Speed Delivery for my storage needs. I have used two other vendors in the past. Never had an issue with Light Speed.

Light Speed Delivery is an excellent moving company. I have moved countless times in my years but the last three times I moved I used Light Speed Delivery because once I found them, I knew I would never find a better, more professional and dependable company.



Several years ago I moved from my apartment in Capitol Hill into a roomate situation to allow me the freedom to travel. I stored my whole life in Light Speed's storage warehouse where they padded and shrinkwrapped my furniture and kept it safe and clean for THREE YEARS. I just recently moved my furniture and possessions into my new home and was very happy to see that everything was as if I'd never stored it away -- no dust, no scratches, no problems whatsoever.



The movers at Light Speed Delivery are very fast, friendly and ingenius with their knowledge of how to pack and protect everything. They quickly built protection for my art prints and mirrors and even provided protection for my new carpets and wood floors during the move -- previous companies never took the time to do these things!



I am grateful to have found such a great service and I recommend them highly!

I used Light Speed Delivery & Moving late August 2008 to move my condo. Brian and Jeremy were professional, amazingly fast and very friendly. I did a lot of research before deciding to go with them and am very happy with my choice. No hidden fees, final price was exactly as quoted.....i will definitely be recommending to everyone I know!

I have moved many times in my lifetime but this was the 1st time I used an actual moving company. There are so many moving companies out there and i have heard so many horror stories from other people it was hard to know which one to choose. I received many quotes from many different companies. When i called Light Speed Delivery they took the time to review all aspects of my move, were very professional & even gave me a lot of great tips to help me prepare. The quote that i received was not the least expensive, but based on the phone conversation I decided to give them a shot. And I am glad that i did! They showed up on time, knew exactly what needed to be done, were very careful with my belongings & the price I paid was equal to the quote I received. I would definetly recommend this company to all of my friends!

Light Speed Delivery took the anxiety out of our move. They were fast, professional and respectful of my family and our belongings. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future.
