I enjoy what I can only describe as "Premier Service" from Lightship Insurance. Any questions I have, any problems I encounter, they resolve for me as if I were their only customer - which, of course, I'm not - they just make me feel like I am! My business have changed dramatically in the years I've been with them, and they always help me navigate to the best products available. I trust them completely.

We've had our insurance through Lightship for years and are extremely happy. All challenges get resolved very quickly; the staff are all very friendly, and; they get great rates.

The decision to switch from AARP(the Hartford Insurance Group), last year 2010 to Lightship Insurance was easy to do. First, no more waiting on hold to speak with an agent; Secondly, we saved in excess of $862.00 annually for our home and auto policies and Third, they're local! We continue to enjoy stellar customer service, courteous service, prompt return calls and competitive premiums. In fact, our policies renewed this month and we continue to enjoy a slight reduction in our annual rates and NOT an increase.
