Provided by YP.comI called looking for a belt for a record player. Their store does not carry them, but instead of just sending me away (as so many other stores had done) they provided me with the name and webpage of a company that sells them. Further, the gentleman I was speaking with went on their website and looked up to insure the part I needed was carried. That's what I call excellent customer service. Thank you.
