From the day I called to the day of delivery of our items I was satisfied with the overall experience. as i was waiting to talk with the clerk at their office i must have been approached by three different people, including the owner, asking if i was being helped. they gave me some free boxes while i was there and then one of the workers took my keys and loaded the boxes as I was finishing the paper work with the clerk. the estimated cubic feet of 875 was a little bit off as it needed u being 895, but other than that everything was amazing. The crews at both ends were very polite and cooperative to our needs and requests. Everything was marked and labeled at delivery so unpacking was easy. We only had two items slightly damaged and the company already gave us information to file a claim. no biggie. thanks!
