I feel very badly for the Stylist there because I had Katie and she was wonderful and I would love to go back but the managers, possibly owners are so awful and treat everyone like crap. I dont think I have ever gone somewhere that is an elective expense and been treated like trash over a mistake that was 100% their fault. Rule number one when owning a business, dont roll your eyes at customers. Very sad cause I really loved Katies cuts and now I have to find a new salon.

I've been a client of Luxe for almost 6 years now and couldn't be more pleased. The entire staff is always professional and very friendly. While it's a swanky little place in the heart of downtown Denver, they don't have the attitude that usually goes along with places like this. I don't plan on changing salons anytime in the near future!

George Arias is simply one of the best stylists and color experts in the City...I've been to at least 9 or 10 other salons in this city in the past 4 years, always trying to find someone who understood me, my hair, my coloring and my style...this place, from start to finish, hit the nail on the head. I will never need to look for another stylist again, unless George wins the lottery and moves back to Miami to paint azure seas and puffy white clouds...pure hair nirvana.

While in town for a wedding they were able to fit me and my friend in for color and cuts. The hostesses were great at pointing out bars that I could kill time at when I misjudged the time and showed up way too early. My stylist Arica was kind and very very competent. It went quickly and was affordable for the quality of work done. My color came out a little darker than I'd wanted but I think it is because stylists don't often believe that I want the color I'm saying. I think that if I were to return again it would come out perfect. I am extremely happy with this place and feel like my gamble paid off. I would HIGHLY recommend Arica in particular. She was kind, not an annoying chatty person, interesting, and she never made me feel stupid or ugly like some high end stylists tend to do. Ask for her!
